Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I delete my account and all my data?

You can delete your account immediately at any time:

  1. Log in to your myKaria account
  2. Navigate to Account > Security tab
  3. Scroll down to the "Delete Account" section
  4. Click delete and confirm

Important: Your account and all associated data (profile, applications, documents) will be permanently deleted immediately. No waiting period. No email required. This action cannot be undone, so make sure to download any documents you want to keep before deleting your account.

What AI providers do you support?

myKaria supports multiple AI providers including OpenAI (GPT-4, GPT-3.5), Anthropic (Claude), and local models via Ollama. You can configure your preferred provider in the settings.

Can I customize my CV template?

Yes! You can upload your own CV templates or use our professionally designed templates. The system uses Handlebars.js for flexible template customization.

In what languages can I generate documents?

You can generate CVs and cover letters in multiple languages. Simply specify your preferred language in the improvement instructions when regenerating documents.

Can I track my job applications?

Yes! myKaria includes a comprehensive application tracking system where you can manage detailed application statuses: Applied → Interview 1 → Interview 2 → Interview 3 → Offered/Rejected. The system automatically archives old applications to keep you organized, and provides a visual dashboard to track your entire job search progress.

What input formats do you support?

myKaria offers maximum flexibility:

  • Upload PDFs - Upload job posting PDF files directly
  • Paste URLs - Paste job listing URLs and we'll automatically scrape them
  • Copy/Paste Text - Simply copy and paste the job description text
  • Works with any job source - LinkedIn, Indeed, company websites, etc.

Can I use multiple professional profiles?

Yes! You can create multiple job profiles tailored for different career paths (e.g., "Frontend Developer", "Full Stack Engineer", "DevOps Specialist"). Each profile can have its own experiences, skills, and focus areas. When creating an application, simply choose which profile to use.

What about auto-archiving?

myKaria automatically archives old applications after a configurable number of days (default: 90 days) to keep your dashboard clean and focused on active opportunities. Archived applications can still be accessed and restored if needed.

Technical Questions

What file formats are supported?

For input: PDF job descriptions and plain text. For output: PDF format for both CVs and cover letters.

How do you handle my data?
