Cancellation & Account Deletion
Simple and Immediate Cancellation
With myKaria, you have complete control over your account and subscription. Cancel anytime, delete your account instantly - no complicated forms or waiting periods.
Canceling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you can continue using all features until then.
To cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your myKaria account
- Navigate to Account > Subscription tab
- Click the "Cancel Subscription" button
- Confirm your cancellation
After cancellation, you'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. Your account will then automatically switch to the Free plan.
Deleting Your Account Immediately
Instant Account Deletion - No Waiting Period!
You can delete your account at any time. Your data is removed immediately upon deletion - no emails, no forms, no waiting.
To delete your account immediately:
- Log in to your myKaria account
- Navigate to Account > Security tab
- Scroll down to the "Delete Account" section
- Click the delete button and confirm your decision
⚠️ Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately. This action cannot be undone.
Make sure to download any documents you want to keep before deleting your account.
Refunds
If you cancel your subscription, you can continue using the service until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.
All refunds (if applicable) are processed through Stripe using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. You will not incur any fees for refunds.
