Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately for upgrades, or at the end of your billing period for downgrades.
What happens if I exceed my monthly limits?
If you reach your monthly limit for applications, AI queries, or file generations, you'll be prompted to upgrade your plan. Your existing data and applications remain accessible.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't provide refunds for partial months, but you can cancel your subscription at any time and continue using the service until the end of your current billing period.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely! All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store any credit card information on our servers.
Can I try myKaria before paying?
Yes! Our Free plan gives you full access to core features with usage limits. You can create up to 3 applications per month to see if myKaria is right for you.
What's the difference between plans?
Plans differ mainly in usage limits and features. Free plan (3 apps/month) is great for trying out. Basic plan (€9.99/month, 10 apps) adds custom templates. Pro plan (€39.99/month, 100 apps) includes priority support and bulk operations. All paid plans include AI enhancement.
Is the Enterprise plan available now?

Do you offer discounts for annual subscriptions?
